ILLITERACY AND WEEDS:

ILLITERACY AND WEEDS: Illiteracy is not having aptitude to read and write. Here I am giving a comparison between literacy and illiteracy by giving just a simple and easy example of “GARDEN”. Suppose our society is garden and we are living in it. There are many kinds of people around us. Some are literate some are illiterate. Those people who are literate are able to read and write and all like gorgeous flowers in the garden. They are so much appealing to everyone. Everyone wants to meet them and smell them and want their company. These flowers (literate people) are thinning out their whiff and aroma and freshens the whole garden. Everyone wants to smell this and wants their company because they are much alluring and pleasing. Now if we contrast these beautiful flowers (literate people) with the ignorant and illiterate people, we fell them they are useless. They are of no use. Everyone hates them and no one wants to be their company. They are like ineffectual weeds, only messing up the beautiful garden. They also influence the flowers which are at their pace. Those weeds only draw sustenance and nourishment from the garden. They furthermore take room and not letting the beautiful flowers to grow. They are worthless and a waste of time. They mar everyone. Now if we want the flowers to continue their pace of spreading aroma, we would kill all the weeds or transform weeds into the flowers. We would have to change their identity, then we realize the real worth of “garden”.
